Tatum specializes in personal training, coaching, and customized fitness programming for people with busy, on-the-go lifestyles. Whether clients are traveling for work, on vacation, or balancing a full schedule, she designs workouts that are simple, effective, and built around real-life constraints.

Her approach focuses on flexibility and consistency — creating programs that can be done anywhere, whether that’s in a hotel gym, at home, outdoors, or using minimal equipment like resistance bands. Tatum helps clients stay on track without needing perfect conditions.

With a background in psychology, social work, athletic healthcare, personal training, yoga, and performance coaching, she brings a well-rounded and individualized approach to every client. She has been coaching since 2021 and has experience working with clients ages 5 to 89 in both one-on-one and group settings.

Tatum is passionate about meeting people where they are and building programs that fit their goals, lifestyle, and preferences so they can stay consistent and keep progressing — no matter where they are.
